To us, we’re the real winners to have such talented creatives under one roof.  With all that said, the judges have the final call. We thought we’d take a moment to introduce you to them:**   ##### **Lia Mei** ![Lia Toscano-1](https://tmedit.themasters.institute/hs-fs/hubfs/Lia%20Toscano-1.png?width=1069&name=Lia%20Toscano-1.png) With over 30 years experience in hairdressing, Lia is one of Australia's much respected colourists. Lia's love of learning has led her to train with the best including at the Business of Balayage in Los Angeles. Now listed on their International Best Balayage Educators Page, Lia also has recently experienced  incredible recognition by being appointed as MukHybridColours Global Colour Director. ##### **John Hickey** ![John Hickey-1](https://tmedit.themasters.institute/hs-fs/hubfs/John%20Hickey-1.png?width=720&name=John%20Hickey-1.png) As the technical director of education for the Asia Pacific Region for Aveda, John has had a high profiled hairdressing career in Australia and overseas. With over 30 years' experience behind the chair in Melbourne's most prestigious salons, through to education artist on both the national and international platforms. John has been able to work with many industry greats and has an extensive portfolio of skills from hair styling for fashion houses, hair colouring for celebrities and creative artists, haircutting for real guests and writing for trade and fashion magazines . Former Director of Education for Neil/TSP Aveda Distribution John spent the last 10 years developing teams and education for the largest Aveda Distribution network in the United States. ##### **Bernadette Beswick** ![Bernadette Breswick-1](https://tmedit.themasters.institute/hs-fs/hubfs/Bernadette%20Breswick-1.png?width=737&name=Bernadette%20Breswick-1.png) Beginning her career in hairdressing over 30 years ago, Bernadette has honed her skills to become an expert in precision cutting with both classic and creative techniques. Bernadette’s experience has seen her educate on a global basis taking to the stage for prestigious events in Orlando Florida, Longbeach California, Taiwan, New Zealand and Australia, including co-hosting stage performances for GHD Australia/NZ. Bernadette has engaged with local companies such as DeLorenzo Haircare by taking her highly popular Retail Rage program on tour and conducting a National Cutting Class tour.
